The Trestle Restaurant and Pub
Located at the corner of Cohoes Road/Route 32 and Alden Street, the Trestle takes its name from a nearby rail bridge. Mindful of the property’s working-class history and location, the menu will be pub fare and comfort food but executed with the high culinary standards for which Cobblestone Lunch is known, including house-roasted and -smoked meats, and homemade breads, salad dressings and soups, Richards said.
“Our goal is to put out the best quality food we can and serve it at an affordable price,” he said. “With the capabilities of (the Trestle’s) kitchen, we’ll be able to increase what we do (at Cobblestone), too.”

Brown’s Brewing Company
Opened in 1993 as the Brown & Moran Brewing Company at 417 River Street in downtown Troy, NY and was the first brewery restaurant in the Capital Region. In 1995, founder and company president Garrett Brown changed the name of the entity to the Troy Brewing Company, Inc., doing business as Troy Pub & Brewery until 2004, when he changed the trade name to Brown’s Brewing Company. We’re proud to have earned a number of awards over the years, including TAP New York’s 2008 Matthew Vassar Cup for the Best Brewery in the Hudson Valley, as well as a Gold medal for our Pale Ale by the Culinary Institute of America.
